MatchPool is a free-to-play World Cup prediction competition. The core tipping experience — including match predictions, leaderboards, and group competitions — is completely free.

MatchPool Pro is an optional one-time upgrade (A$9 AUD) that unlocks advanced analytics, profile cosmetics, and group leader tools. Pro access is valid for the duration of the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament (until July 19, 2026).

There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges.

MatchPool is a digital service. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery times. Pro features are activated instantly upon successful payment.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this refund policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

If you believe a product or service you purchased from us is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
